Erica joined Baird’s Dayton office in July 2024 and is joining the team in a financial planning role. Prior to joining Baird, she began her career in sales at LexisNexis and then progressed to account management at Elsevier. Erica’s interest in personal finance and passion for helping clients achieve their goals led her to change her career and take an opportunity to join The Ingersoll Koesters Group at Baird. She graduated from Butler University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and completed Baird’s Financial Advisor Training Program in December 2024. Erica is from Indianapolis and has called Dayton home since 2016. In her free time, Erica enjoys hiking and camping with her husband Ben and dog Piper.
